A few years ago, a man in China was running a restaurant, serving only Chinese cuisine, and he wanted to get rid of the cost of preparing meals.
But that would have meant going out of business.
So he decided to go to a grocery store, buy a bag of frozen broccoli and put it in a box, with the intention of freezing it in an insulated box in a garage.
He never got around to it.
He’s now working to get a freezer for himself.
“I don’t want to waste food,” said the man in the video.
“But it’s the only way to save money.”
In Canada, where a grocery shop is an option for many, the grocery store experience is a source of pride for many.
When it comes to shopping, Canadians seem to love it.
But when it comes time to eat, they can be a little reluctant.
The number of Canadians ordering groceries online from grocery stores has risen steadily in recent years.
According to Statistics Canada, the number of grocery shoppers who have an online cart has grown from 14.5 per cent in 2016 to 22.6 per cent last year.
The average grocery shopper in the country spends $2,000 a year on groceries, and that’s growing at an average annual rate of 3.7 per cent a year.
That’s a huge jump in less than two years.
But Canadians aren’t the only ones buying groceries online.
The United States has a grocery retailing industry that is growing faster than any other.
In 2015, the average price of groceries was $3.84 a day.
That figure jumped to $5.28 a day by 2020.
That has grown to $7.40 a day in 2021, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
And in the U of S, the annual grocery retail industry is expected to grow by nearly 5 per cent by 2030.
It will take an average of 4,400 Canadians to pay for all of the food the U,S.
produces.
That is about double the amount of Canadians buying groceries.
That means there will be an estimated $1.5 trillion worth of groceries going into the country’s shelves.
And when it all comes together, the federal government estimates that the average Canadian grocery shoer will save about $3,000 in food costs.
While some Canadians will still be spending on groceries at home, the price of buying groceries at a grocery will drop.
In the United States, grocery stores charge consumers $1 to put groceries in their carts.
But with groceries priced so much cheaper in Canada, it will cost Canadians a little less to put their groceries in the store.
The government says that, with a little change in grocery shopping habits, Canadians will save a total of $1,000 annually by 2030 in groceries.
“Our goal is to reduce food waste, reduce food inflation, and help Canadians reduce food insecurity,” said Jennifer Shue, a spokesperson for the Department of Finance.
“It’s one of the reasons why we’re working to make groceries more affordable.”
This year, the Government of Canada introduced a new tax credit for Canadians who shop online.
But the credit is meant to cover up to $4,000 of the price difference between a store’s retail price and its online price.
So if you’re buying groceries from the grocery, you could get the full amount of the credit for the amount you paid for the grocery in Canada.
In order to get that $4.000 credit, you’d need to shop at at least 10 grocery stores and have paid more than $3 in grocery sales.
If you’re not a grocery shoarer, the government says you can also use the credit to shop online for up to 10 different types of products.
There are currently about 15,000 eligible Canadian households who have used the credit.
“The biggest savings can be made by shopping online at grocery stores,” said Shue.
“You can save $3 per week or $4 per year, depending on your household size.”
Shue says the credit will also help to pay down debt.
The credit is only available to Canadians with at least one child.
The Government of Alberta has been testing the program for a few years, and the program has already saved the province $8 billion in the last five years.
And the government hopes that the credit could help pay down the federal debt.
For a year, food stamp eligibility was restricted to families with children.
But in 2017, the Canadian government changed the eligibility to include all families with an income above $60,000, which is currently $61,000.
The change means eligible families will now be able to shop for food at all grocery stores in the province.
That will save the federal governments $1 billion a month, Shue said.
The federal government has already put in $2 billion into the program, and it’s hoped that the program will help pay for other social programs.
The Canadian government is also
