What are the most expensive meals you’ve ever had?
There are a lot of options but the first one that comes to mind is a steak at The Opus.
The steakhouse in the heart of the posh town of Litchfield in the UK is known for it’s premium steak, as well as having it’s own menu, which you can read about here.
The menu includes a choice of four courses: a steak, a salad and a seafood entree.
We asked the chef and owner, Paul D’Antonio, what makes The Opis special.
“Well, for starters, we have a restaurant that has the most luxurious and most sophisticated steak menu in the country,” said D’Angelo.
“And we also have a great selection of seafood.
You can order it with anything from steak, fish and crab to shrimp and lobster.”
The menu is full of options and the most commonly served item is the steak, which D’Anonio explained is the most important.
“There’s a whole range of steak choices that we have available.
For example, we’re known for our beef, and for our lamb,” he said.
“There’s also a variety of seafood, which are the same steak, different cuts, different cooking methods.”
I think the most popular thing for people is the entree.
“We’re not looking for a super-premium steak, we just want it to be good enough to be worth the money.””
It’s a great value,” said The Opuses owner.
